What I Learned from Undertaking My Research Projects
The
most wonderful thing I learned from undertaking my research projects is creativity. Projects are with great freedom and imagination,
and we always intend to be distinctive. So I put a lot of effort in critical thinking and designing.
What I Found Difficult about Completing These Projects
There
is no fixed formula or mode to follow; you have to be initiative and creative. It is also not easy to cooperate with other
members, sometimes the efficiency of working together can be low. Everyone have different opinions so it is hard to reach
a compromise.
What I Learned about Teamwork while Working on the Survey
Project
Every one of us knows the importance of teamwork, so among
team members, all of our decisions, crucial or tiny, was made through discussions. Although we distributed the work, we are
not working individually; all of us contributed a lot to others’ work.
What I Learned about Library Research and Citing My Source
Library
Research lectures really helped me a lot, especially the use of OPAC. With the help of library research techniques, I can
find the source I need quickly. Furthermore, I began to like to search the books in the library, both for projects and for
interests.
Advice for Next Year’s Student
Be
active, enthusiastic and patient. If you don’t have enthusiasm, the projects can be very boring. But if you are active
and enthusiastic, doing the projects can be an enjoyable work. At the same time, you have to have patience; don’t expect
too much of yourself and your partners, do your job step by step.
